WHAT PRINCIPLE DID FORD VS THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE ESTABLISH?
Ford vs. The Chicago Tribune established that a newspaper possessed the right to publish opinions- even if they were slanderous and offensive- and maintain protection from libel.
